A work story.

We have a director who is known as a mean woman. I didn't work with her before. Yesterday, I went her meeting with a coworker. I was told she asked him to change the meeting schedule 5 times for her. Everytime she sounded nice and say sorry. Then she said she bring the candy the meeting. During the meeting, she didn't share her candy with everyone, however when my coworker agree to do something, she only give a candy to him. Ithappened twice. That made me feel that she treat him as a dog. There is no respect of him as a person or a professional. I was wondering how to deal with this. Should he refuse the candy ? When he should say if he do that?
