4. small talk - look for common topics - kids, shopping, something is on sale, dresses, etc.
5. give compliments, i.e. You look great, nice ear ring, I like your dress. Where do you get your shoes? It looks great on you.
6. 尽量少跨级complain. what goes around comes around. if you say something bad about your manager, she will know eventrually.
