我应不应该跟新来的Manager提这些:

我现在要开始给项目加新功能, 但是 现有的程序 有些地方实在让我不能忍受. 我想跟新来的Manager提提.

I want to refactor our code first, because blah blah blah.

I did some refactor before, but I was hurt by doing this because:
(1) Other developers developed new projects from scratch without a good design, and let me maintain. I did some refactor to make the code much better, but I have no visibility.
(2) I feel that in our company if I do anything what will not bring immediately revenue to the company, I am not encouraged.

我觉得我做, 也得Manager知道这些, 我要得到credit.
