Back end there is no source control,

other changes like proc or function or even table changes, will be saved as  scripts. For the records, because they are based on certain type (stateid), so, I would rather save them into different tables and when release, just copy paste. Manager agrees with this. I think this also much safe a way. We have done release this way for many time.
