飞快看了一下合同，好像是属于Employment At-Will那种。这么说来就是签了也可以不去，或是即使去了，也可以马上走人？没办法，谁叫这里的雇主裁起员来也是毫无人情可言呢。

从Non-Solicitation Agreement看来的

Employment At-Will.  I understand that my employment with the Company is “at-will,” which means that either I or the Company may terminate it at any time with or without cause or notice; and that this Agreement does not create any express or implied obligation on the Company or any Client to continue my employment.
