Phd marketing, specailized in market research. 一直在academia 和 industry 徘徊不定。

phd 毕业后找到了一个assistant professor， 还是不能放下自己想在industry 做consultant的想法。本应骑驴找马，因各种原应，没有找到industry 工作前，就在四月辞了职。

现在每天发简历己两周，回复几乎为零。感觉瓶颈是very limited direct industry experience，therefore, although I feel I have the required skill sets, it is hard to pass the HR。  

转行难。 上来抱怨一下，顺便鼓励自己要耐心。
