Congratulations --- You are so young & facing so many oppertunities !

"我实在没办法喜欢这个白女Manager" --- as far as I know, most employees don't like their managers;
"每年需要2-3次出差到亚洲" --- as far as I know, most employees in US companies don't like this kind of job. too much hassle; 
"我可能会成功，也可能会失败。" --- this applies to every oppertunity;

Of course it all depends on your mindset & personality.
But 如果我是您(a young lady I suppose)，There is another option ==> Full time Mom. I'll consider to have 2 more kids.

one question:
You never mentioned your hu*****and & kids ?
