Technically, you should be already eligible for last year's bonus since you stayed past the year end.  My previous employer's policy states that as long as the employee stays till the year end, they get the full-year bonus.

If your employer is a decent size and you have good relationship with your boss, it should not be an issue.  But nothing is guaranteed.
