but traditionally, people expect the hu*****and be the successful one in the family, right?  However, no matter how successful a man is, he should never treat his wife that way.  He may be a very demanding individual, but never deliver the news or his big decision to the wife in last minute. 

It is has nothing to do with career, it is about the respect!!!
