 找工作， 不通过 staffing agency. 如有的话，你们是怎么file quarterly SS/Medicare/Medicaid/UI tax 的？

公司一般会雇 independent contractor 吗？Would you work as an independent contractor or you prefer to go through staffing agency whether you are a "walk-on-water" type of 大侠 or a newbie?
