Based on my close personal experience, if you tell B that you have an offer from A, you would get more chances. You can ask B if they are interested. If not, move on. If interested, you have deadline that you need make a decision. B would offer an interview if they are interested. This happened to a close friend and that was my suggestion then. The result was very good.
