1) do good home work,then have an one on one meeting with your boss

list all the facts,

benchmark with others or your targets

if agreed, work out a catch up plan 

2) find another better pay job;

3) otherwise, swallow your ego

300+K is a good number, but industry matters, i believe you deserve better.
