其实我不是很明白为什么老板为什么需要抢自己下面的人成果呢。不是应该本来就是他的吗。

Team player should think : Every team member's performance belongs to the teamleader ! (I am a team player now and I think in this way )

team leader should think : my performance depends on everyone in the team .(when I become a leader one day , I will think this way )

曾经跟楼主有同样的想法，以为自己可以超然。但当自己辛苦做出的成果被上司夺取作为升官的资本，而且为了夺取，找了个借口把我踢出原来的组，我发觉自己没办法平静。调整心态，我努力过，但还是不行。
