Too many Indians in IT application side.

'marketable skills' - current US IT industry is not as good as golden year 1997-2000 in national state wide. More & more Indians directly from India are hired in Enterprise level software espeically in application focusing. 

To which direction Chinese can survival and up-the-ladder if stay in IT?  Lao Tu: if you give more detailed suggestions that will be great.
