He failed the person who had been worked here for 18 year, has every good repitation, then He hired me as a contractor.

My first year feedback (verberly) is I am the excellent worker,I handled all work by myself.  I will be stay here as a permanant.

After that, I feel not comfortable sometimes he look at me the way, I tried to away from him.Then I had some trouble with one of the senia person.

Then my boss said I want to evaluate you. Then my feedback getting worse and worse, until yesterday he told me about "connection". He said I think you should change enviroment.
