Corp-to-Corp or 1099

I got one question regarding corp-to-corp or 1099 , if I go ahead to sign

a corp-to-corp contract with company A , what if I find a better offer before

the contract duration end ? can I just give 2 weeks notice and leave then as

usually required for regular employeement ?

 

Really appreciate if someone here can share your expertise here ,I am new to contract

work.
