失业金我尽量申请。至于告前雇主就放弃了。

-- You made right decision.

我的履历怎么写呢？已经算是和前雇主闹翻了。我怎么写离开旧公司的原因呢？如果新公司打电话到旧公司，旧公司会故意说我表现不好吗？

-- Write resume as usual.

-- The reason to leave: Company Re-org.

-- Whoever say good things about us, who is our reference.

-- The HR of previous HR should not say anything about performance.

-- Life are full ups and downs, be strong. Keep looking.
