Consulting firm would be more challenge for sure, learn and expose to AX 2012 version, can be supported to get new certification which would add more value to my profile in the future.

Big company, still run AX 2009 version, but every year they bought new company and merge into this core ERP system, and right now there are 18 company account in ERP, that is not any development box you can image, as that director says that they always used top level developers and I believe what he says.

So either way, I can learn more skill sets. Both companies team are all very nice.

And both companies all knows I am very very sensitve to travel. So both of company promised me the mini about this. Hard for me to select now.

 

Both of company knew that I gave 1 month notice to my current company, so they are pretty satisfied at my attitude and they would wait me till July 1st for sure.

I need to throw coin and see which side I will get:)
