#3, She was aware this was a VERY important deal, when I asked her on Friday to follow up over the weekend, she agreed and didn't mention anything about family function, to me, her action demostrated that she hasn't been responsible to meet business requirements.

To someone with decades of working experience, I have high expectations to her for sure
