I meant I'd stay with B as you are now

1. $5000 is not worth moving

2. you'd forever burn the bridge coming back to B

3. a small branch office of 14 people wouldn't provide you with growth opportunities down the road, plus it doesn't sound that A would give you any stability

4. I don't know anything about IT technicalities, but I assume the work content of both  are similar?
