MAKE SURE YOU ARE RIGHT. WRITE AN EMAIL EXPLAINNING WHY YOU CODE IT IN THIS WAY, CC TO YOUR TEAM LEAD AND YOUR BOSS. I ASSUME YOUR BOSS KNOW SOME .NET?

RAISE YOUR CONCERN TO YOUR BOSS THAT DURING YOUR MAINTAINCE OF THEIR CODE, YOU NOTICED MANY ISSUES (BACK UP YOUR STATEMENT WITH A LIST) OF THEIR CODE COULD BE PREVENTED DURING CODE REVIEW PROCESS.IT SEEMS TO YOU THAT THE CURRENTLY CODE REVIEW PROCESS (THEY REVIEW EACH OTHERS)IS NOT QUITE WORKING. EXPECT MM WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER TO REVIEW THEIR CODE TO IMPROVE THE PROCESS.

后来的结果就是, 重要的活儿,老板就交给她们干, 让我做一些维护的工作.

ASK YOUR BOSS WHY YOU ARE NOT ASSIGNET TO DEV JOB RECENTLY. YOU DON'T HAVE A PROLBEM DOING MAINTAINCE BECAUSE YOU ARE GOOD AT FIXING PROBLEMS. HOWEVER, YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE CODE QUALITY..MANY OF THE(THEIR CODE) ISSUES YOU NOTICED COULD BE PREVENTED JUST BY FOLLOWING BETTER DESIGN AND CODING PRACTICES (SUCH AS.....A DETAILED LIST, INCLUDE EVERYTHING YOU CAUGHT). YOU THINK YOU CAN HELP TO IMPROVE THE CODE QUALITY IF YOU ARE ASSIGNED TO THE DEV PROJECT.
