Keep looking for a new position while working for current compan

Until you find a positive work enviornment.Human factor and chemistry are my first priority when it comes to job selection. I'd rather have a low-paid job and good relationships with my boss and colleagues than having a high salary and bad relationship with my boss and colleagues.

Again, it depends on what you are looking for in your career.
