回复：公司如何match offer? 请较老土和各前辈

我在一家半政府机构的IT部门，尽心尽力干了快一年半，老板较赏识，答应给我做promotion,只说是今年，不知要等多久。

最近试了一家公司，很有可能拿到OFFER.各方面条件还不错。但如现在公司能match,我会留下。

问题是，如果公司match,能effective immediately 吗？如果不能effective immediately，能相信吗？

-- After get the offer, ask if the current company have open track.

-- If yes, see if the current company can match your offer.

-- If they say yes, they mus give you a offer immediately.

本公司是一各很传统的机构，procedure 相对较慢。我是一ongoing highly visible project的key player,老板对我的依赖性很大。
