新工作是每星期去公司1天，距离45迈，另外4天在家工作。

-- I will go if it will keep continuing like this. Work from home is a big positive point.

大约每1-3月去开车距离5小时的城市出差一次，公司安排飞机当天往返。

-- A positive. Accumulate many flight miles.

工资比目前多10k,福利，401k比目前好。

-- Positive.

新工作总体看比目前好，但差别不太大。另外没有在家工作过，不知有何利弊？
