No difference for TAX

No matter what, you will get all the fund in two month, will report in your 2012 TAX return, therefore, no differet in TAX side.

No matter what, shouldn't effect your unemployeement benefit from the state.

I will chose the two month plan if I need mediacal insurance and the company will not going out of business in two months.
