W2 position 是个employee position

When you work as a employee for company A, Cmopany A will give you a W2 form in the end of the year, so you can fill your TAX return.

You may not be a Permenant employee of aompany A even they give you W2 form.
Company A may not give you medical benefit even they give you W2 form.
