我以答应下周onsite interview, 因为这工作基本是hiring manager 帮我申请的， 为什么这么说呢？且听我慢慢道来：a few weeks ago, this hiring manager asked for my resume to update his talent pool, so I sent one but didn't know he was actually looking for people, I also have known him for many years through the conferences and local group meetings. Last week, the company HR contacted me for phone interview and was told to prepare for onsite. By then, I realized the hiring manager applied this job for me, so I called him and he told me he put my CV to the system after he got my resume because he thought it's a perfect match, and he asked me if I was interested in the opening position, I said I was not early looking for jobs, but I was open to new opportunities.  现在我认识到了事情的严重性，请求支招，如果不想换工作，onsite该如何去做，才可以作到让双方都win-win.
