工作选择?

compan A. position: Team lead of DBA, will manage 6 people, ( 3 white, 2 indian and one black)( currently city, I don't like the city weather)

Company B. Senior Database developer( another city, I like city)

A: middle size company ( 8 branches in four country), headquarter in current city,

B: a little big company than A ( 30 branches in 10 country), headquarter in US

A salary is  aliitle higher than B,  both salary are ok for me.

my wife let me select A, I prefer B.( Agent help me to get the job A, I get job B by myself)

my reason: maybe less pressure, good weather, i will near 40 in the next few years, don't want to give me more pressure;

My wife reason: good pay, title is higher than B, good for future., many people live the city, why I don't like the city and can not live the city.

 

don't know how to persuade my wife to let me select B, any suggestion?
