不太同意中兴公司的supervisor = junior manager in big company

If you are capable, you can get promoted to manager within couple years in big 4. You should ask if they hire you as first year senior or 3rd year senior. 3rd year senior is equalivant to acting manager. 不过，我很少看到senior 生孩子的， tax那边多，因为不用travel. 不能想象大着肚子到处跑，和一堆人坐在仓库里
