Gooooood.

It completely agrees with Laotu 3 principles.

You need to work effectively with your co-workers in order to be competitive, not to compete with your co-workers.

Those competitive people are insecured and they don't know that they are their worst enemy. I never compete with them at their levels, that is why they will never be able to defeat me.
