My comments – Your points may mislead without proper scoping

The point 3 depends on your position. If you were ultimately responsible for the project's delivery and were asked the question, none of them would be acceptable. It might also make your deliverable sound like an Indian job.

Point 2 is good but the “a little bit” sounds a little bit negative and, well, cunning. I may leave it to other readers to judge.

Point 3 is very circumstantial. It’s a question often being asked and your suggestion is over-defensive, especially in a friendly conversation.
