这个职位在公司内部post差不多有两周了，内部猎头递进来的多数是印度人的简历而且质量不高，不给力。
我们是Intel下属的一个分公司，地点在Santa Clara，我组要招一个full time Software QA engineer，要求勤奋好学，聪明肯干。

Qualifications,
懂得ecommerce，
知道basic QA methodology，
熟悉微软的server OS (2K3或者2K8)和IIS，
有基本的网络知识，
熟悉MS SQL 200x，熟悉SQL language，Perl或者.NET C#编程；

Responsibilities,
要写test plan, test cases, test checking list and matrix by working closely with Development team
要做day to day black box testing and some of automation和performance testing，
负责build management和production release.
需要communicate with off shore team in India regularly after hours，good team player。

不需要有工作经验，欢迎应届毕业生申请。

应该是一个发展前景不错的职位，很多上升空间，可以学到很多东西。
公司负责办H1和绿卡，薪水是market rate。
