我 在 中 国 第 一 个 公 司 工 作 几 年 后， 被 借 调 到第 二 个 公 司。 But my 档 案 关 系 仍在 第 一 个 公 司.Because my job duties is similar to the position I applied for. So I elaborated a lot during my interview. Now I was told I would get the offer if I pass the background check. A specialized check company will do this background check. But it is strange that they
didn’t ask me about the references list. And I didn’t give them my previous Chinese companies’ information except their name. So I guess they’ll check my employment histories through these two-companies’人 事 department． I tried to contact with them. At this moment the problem came out.
I found the second company was regrouped with other companies to become 大 集 团. 原 来人 事 部 门 也 变 成大 集 团人 事 部 门, 而 后 者 没 有 我 的 材 料.So how can I do now? 我 怎 么 跟 老 外ｅｘｐｌａｉｎ 这 种 在
中 国 很 普 遍 的 现 象. And this second company’s experiences are really important to me. Now I really don’t know how to put it in my resume. Anybody who have the same experiences as me, lease share with me!
