Laotu and other experts, help my questions pls

there are two positions right for me to apply in same company, I applied one first and they take me to 2nd round interview. Can I still apply to 2nd one as who knows I can get first one or not? will HR and the first hiring manager feel bad about this? Thanks in advance for helping my question.
