1. ask email for approved project/work

ask him to send email about the work/project, for trace the work load, also good for everyone in past and feature

2. backup your email frequently

when u leave, u may not have enough time to do anything, b/c security just standing by u, and watching u collecting your own personal, walk you out of the office, may only 10-15 minutes
