恳请各位，我是否应该把这段说明送出去?

假设我们小组只有两个人，另外一个组跟我们组合作，老板把我们两个人的分工说得很清楚，可是，那个人总是跟我抢工作，有时候开会，弄得不好看。

 

但是呢，我老板管理一个近20个人的大组，他请假的时候，我已经代理他主持组里的会议，写报告，协调全组的日常运作。

 

在这种情况下，有没有必要把下面的信息送出去?

 

By the way, I think we are in the same page regarding the assignments on the xxxx projects, but just in case if there is any confusion.  At the beginning of this year, our boss assigns me to the ABC project, and you are assigned to the XYZ project. Correct me if I mistake something.  Of cause, we can help each other if either of us is too busy on other projects, I am very flexible on this  and appreciate your contribution, because we are in the same team and we want to make sure we meet all our customers expectation and make our team successful!

 

送出去的好处是，希望他心知肚明，不要再抢工作了。也让合作的组知道我们的分工。我觉得合作的组目前并不知道我们的分工，有时候把我的事情让他做了。

 

坏处是，会不会显得我小气了? 因为老板已经器重我，没有必要跟那个人争这种小事情?

 

还有没有其他坏处? 有没有什么两全其美的办法? 或者需要什么改动的? 恳请大家的意见，多谢了。
