I expect something that fits all the categories. However, I would prioritize and balance them. During my decsion process, salary is just one single factor I'd take into account.

Actually, even to my surprise, I just found a job that fits most of the categories above, except that I haven't met my boss yet so don't know his leadership.

One thing I can tell you that the first year of this assignment(job) is in Tokyo, and after that, move to China or Singapore. Therefore, I am very happy that I will have all kinds of authentic Chinese and Japanese food to enjoy. Yeh!
