Hi There! I can understand your situation. Why can't you sit the project director down for a serious talk, if he/she is not hoplessly bad.

Or, if that's not worth to try I'd say since this project won't be a long way ahead, why not muck around and let go of it. Just don't take others's bad behavior too personally. What do you think?

I particularly agree with Darma on one point that you should go find yourself a supporter in your group if possible.
