Share my idea

I had similar experience, a couple weeks ago I filed complaint to my boss's boss, sicne the next day, I can tell his attitude towards me changed, at least he speaks very carefully and asks ? not requests.

 

I beleive everyone has to fight for his/her own good, letting it go not always the good idea.
