DO I need to respond this email?

Just interviewed with a company days ago. I sent THANK YOU note after I got home. One important guy in that company replied after their meeting, and told me that he thought I did it very well in the interview, and the hiring manager will follow up with me soon. Do I need to respond again? Thnaks.
