现在的工作干5年，值得公司内部transfer到其他的department吗？

其实现在的工作not bad, well paid, not much pressure/stress. the new position is more stressful, similar pay, should I just transfer because I want to try something new/different? I know eventually I will be bored at the new job after another 5 years.. feel I am in career crisis..
