Agree with 灰衣人.

My manager is young too but there must be something behind being young manager that you might not see it immediately - so respect her and adjust yourself to her expectations instead of focusing on her personality if you don't have other better job opportunities.  But, I admit it is not easy to work with young manager and it took me about half a year to get used to her work style.
