老CMG 互助组庆功会

真是非常高兴，我们这个老CMG 互助组今天都match了！比我拿prematch都高兴，真的。
It’s Such Amazing!
我们这个小组的background：
All failed without match last year.
Nobody has any 99 in any steps.
All are old CMGs, 我 95年毕业，在小组里是最年轻的。我们组还有90年的。
Very few IVs ，the most---6. (Another Canadian guy, with only 2 IV in
Pathology, Matched.) 我们面试数量加起来可能还没有某些网上的学友多。
Most of us without higher degree or research experience, （only one has PhD in Europe）.
Most of us are Christian, 有一个是慕道友。
我们这个小组的经验：
我们互相鼓励，每个人得到面试，都会互相通报，互相庆祝，虽然得到的面试都很少。
我们认真准备面试问题，反复推敲，以致于到最后我们的回答大都是一样的，还好我们
没有共同的面试。Haha…..
每个人的面试日期，我们小组里的每个人都知道，大家都会提前给这一个人辅导， 祝
福她。
面试回来后，我们每个人都无私的分享面试经验，毫无保留，总结经验和教训。虽然我
们的面试甚少，但我们每个人的经验都不少，每个人到最后都好像参加了15，6 个面试。
我们之间没有讨论过一次 Plan B。每个人都做好了再来一年的准备，甚至 extern 都
联系好了。
每次Skype 后我们都会祷告！ （感谢主！我们都match 上了）
I never met them in face before. Tonight 8pm PT is Show time! DRESSUP Guys!
We Rock! We will have video skype for the first time!!!
