感觉你好像手头有工作，找A 和 B是为了锦上添花。

Given：1）手头有工作 2）你有2岁妞

你的挑选方西应该是：

1）你的工作不stressful，比较flexible （for your daughter）for the short term

2）skillsets 和工资 for the long run。
