follow up 得到答复，希望大吗？

onsite 回来两周 follow up，问我面试的反馈结果，得到如下答复：

Thanks for checking back in. 

We are seriously contemplating an offer and will need another week - I hope this is not an inconvenience.

请过来人看看希望大吗？还是就表示下周才能决定给面试的几个人中的一个offer， 不一定给我?
