Update 回复：Boss knew I was applying for a job

I just met my boss and talked again later today.  After thinking about it for a whole day, I think my main reason for moving is hope for more money and a promotion.  I do really like my current job and team.  So I told her honestly that I mostly likely will stay because I love my current job and team.  She seems very understanding and supportive.  She encourages me to take the interview and do whatever I think it's best for me.  I feel lucky for having such an understanding boss and working for such a good company.  I haven't gotten the interview notice yet.  I will see what I will decide.  I think I have decided to stay now, since I start realizing I have a really good boss.
