Annual appraisal from my direct boss
If my boss gave me score 3 (4 is meet expectation) for altitude/leadership. Others are ok. Do I need to disagree with her and argue with her and put comments on the appraisal document to at least my boss's boss know my explanation?
We also have chance to write my appraisal to the boss (in the HR web, this is our process), can I write her bad things?
I did most of the hard work, but the boss don't like me.
