First,look at company's policy if a couple can work same company or not.

Secondly,if yes, talking to your colleages in your department and find if there is a help available. Try to have internal recommendation.

Talk to HR nothing hurts, while it may not be helpful. Maybe your department colleages know the hiring manager. better to get them help. Always ask!
