Should I stay or go

2 weeks ago we were informed that our manager was going to look for a new role and we are going to have a new manager at end of the year. I have worked with my boss since day one, felt very sad he is leaving. We had a meeting with our new boss yesterday.it looks like she has different manage style. There are too many not sure. Should I stay or start to look for another one?
