我们firm是所有的人都invloved tax, audit, and accoutning. when an audit project comes, a group of people is formed to work on it with the leader(manager); when in tax season, people who work on audit will join to help tax preparation....

but for top 10 firms,  分工太细，就是tax department, 还得分成individual tax division, corporation tax division...本来tax 就够boring了， 如果只work on individual or corporation... that is more boring...
